Chicago will host 2008 national Green Party Convention

Minneapolis, a hotbed of ballot access initiatives, took a swing at the bid to host the 2008 Green Party of US national convention, but lost to Chicago instead. Also in the competition were Oakland and Detroit.

DNC Strips Florida Of 2008 Delegates

The DNC has jumped on Florida organizers who pushed up their nomination date. The DNC is experiencing a bit of chaos an unruliness from its state satellites and this time stripped the state of its delegates.
