Rocky Mountain Party chairman Jesse Johnson wants to affiliate with the Green Party on the Presidential Ballot; but current West Virginia law doesn't allow it. After pointing out that if this law holds true it would also apply to the Democratic Party affiliate in WV, the Secretary of State agreed that a swift resolve could be made.
